Ingredient: Palm Oil, Onion, Lemongrass, Sugar, Galangal, Dried Chili, Curry Chicken Power, Salt, Kaffir Lime Leave, Turmeric Powder, Food Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).

Serving Suggestion: 4 person

Storage Condition: Keep in a cool dry place and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not use if bloated or leaking.

Cooking Method:
1) Cook 1 packet of “Young Master” Curry Chicken Paste together with 1kg chicken pieces. Stir evenly under medium heat.
2) Add 300ml of water and cook chicken pieces under medium heat. (Optional): Add 50ml of coconut milk/evaporated milk when chicken is cooked.
3) Add boiled potato.
4) READY TO SERVE when ingredients are cooked.
